KRAV MAGA | ATA FIT / KICKBOXING

Kickboxing keeps your body fit and in shape. You can burn 350 to 450 calories an hour with kickboxing! Kickboxing reduces and relieves stress. Its rigorous workout - controlled punching and kicking movements carried out with the discipline and skills required for martial arts - can do wonders for feelings of frustration and anger. Practicing kickboxing moves can also help to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.

ATA-FIT and Cardiovascular Kickboxing are a well balanced addition to any Martial Arts or other sports style that will energize your body. Our classes are open for ages 8 and up. We are making the USA fitter, one student at the time.
